Set Session Reminders Before You Play

Session Reminder Settings sit inside your bettorprice account, where you choose the play window that triggers an alert and the channel it arrives on: a push on the iOS or Android app, a banner in your browser, or an email to the address on…

HOW WE RUN IT

How bettorprice Keeps Reminders Steady

Session reminders only work if they behave the same way every time, so the controls live in one place: your account. The window you save in the app matches the one that fires in your browser, and both read from the same profile, whether you're signing in from Denver or on hotel wifi. Nothing here touches your wallet, and the options are the same for every account we're able to open under state law.

Saved To Your Profile

Your window, alert channel and sign-out choice are stored against your account, so they load the same way on the app and in a browser on any machine you sign in from.

No Access To Your Wallet

A reminder can't place a bet, add funds to your balance or pull money out of the account. Deposits and withdrawals through PayPal, Venmo or Play+ only start when you confirm them yourself.

Same Rules Every Session

The alert fires on the window you set, whether you're in a slot round, at a live table or holding a same-game parlay on the sportsbook, so you know when it will appear.

Controls You Can Change

Every setting here is yours to edit or switch off. Nothing about your reminder schedule is fixed by us, and changes save the moment you confirm them in the account menu.

HELP WHILE PLAYING

Get Help With Reminder Alerts

Most reminder problems start on the device, not the account. If a push never lands, check that notifications are allowed for the app and that the email on your profile is current, since a browser banner is blocked by the same permission. When the overlay appears and you're not ready to leave, choose keep playing and it returns at the end of the next window. Live chat in the account menu lets our team read back the window saved on your profile and confirm the sign-out option is switched on.

Session Alerts Not Arriving Open your phone's notification settings for the app and allow alerts, then confirm the email on your profile is current. A browser banner needs the same permission before it can appear.
Changing The Reminder Window Head to the account menu, open Session Reminder Settings and pick a new window, then save. The revised timing applies from your next sign-in on that device.
Signed Out By A Reminder A reminder that signs you out is working as set. Sign back in with your usual username and password, and our live chat team can walk you through the app or browser path.

Open Your Account And Set The Clock

Every account starts with one main reminder window, and you can add a second, later alert if you want a final heads-up before stepping away. Open your account menu, pick the window, choose where the alert lands, and save. When it fires, an overlay covers whatever you're on and offers three choices: keep playing, sign out on this device, or close the

app. Choose sign out and the session ends in both the browser and the app on that device, so a long stretch at Infinite Roulette or a run of Neon Crash rounds ends where you decided. Changes take effect at your next sign-in.

  • One main window plus an optional second alert
  • Alert channel chosen at setup
  • Keep playing, sign out, or close the app
  • Applies from your next sign-in

Session Reminder Settings Terms

The words around reminders get used loosely, so here is how we use them on this page. A reminder is the alert itself, the window is how long you play before it fires, and the channel is where it lands.

What is a session reminder?

An alert you switch on in your account that appears after a set stretch of play. It's a prompt, not a lock, so you decide whether to continue.

What does play window mean?

The length of time you choose before a reminder appears. You set it in the account menu, and it counts from the moment you sign in, not from your first bet.

Where does the alert show up?

Push notification on the iOS or Android app, a banner in your browser, or an email to the address on file. You pick one or more when you save the setting.

What is an auto sign-out?

The option that ends your session instead of only warning you. Choose it and the reminder logs you out of the app and browser on that device when the window runs out.

What is a session clock?

A running count of how long you've been signed in. The reminder reads that clock, so the alert arrives on the schedule you picked rather than at a fixed time of day.

Do reminders change my wallet balance?

No. A reminder is a notification only. Money moves when you start a deposit or withdrawal yourself through PayPal, Venmo or Play+, and at no other point.

Answers On Reminder Settings

Setup is quick once you know where to look, and most of what people ask comes down to timing, devices and what happens when the alert shows up mid-round. The answers below cover the paths we see most often: switching the window, moving alerts from the app to email, and what to do when a reminder signs you out during a live table. If your question isn't here, live chat from your account is the shortest route to us.

Sign in, open the account menu and choose Session Reminder Settings. Pick a play window, choose where the alert lands, then save. It starts working at your next sign-in.

Yes. Most people keep one main window and add a shorter second alert closer to the end. Both show the same three choices: keep playing, sign out, or close the app.

The alert overlays your screen, so a live table or in-play market pauses behind it. Nothing is settled or canceled by the reminder itself; you choose how to continue.

They do. The app sends a push, and the browser on the same device shows a banner as long as alerts are allowed for the app or site in your phone's settings.

Choosing keep playing closes the prompt, and the reminder returns when the next window ends, the same length you set. It won't sign you out unless you told it to.

Any time. Open the settings page from the account menu, enter a new window and save. The revised timing applies from your next sign-in on that device.
